About this Project
The student housing at Sterling North Campus includes 734 beds in nine buildings. There are six 3-story townhome buildings, two 5-story mid-rise buildings and a large clubhouse building. The project is located on East 42nd Street just north of the University of South Florida.
Amenities for this project included two swimming pools (one with a ‘water curtain’ fountain feature), clubhouse, bbq grilling areas, outdoor gathering areas, and a large wood deck over a retention pond. The design also renovated an existing convenience store called the Bull Market.
Sterling North Campus is a LEED Certified Silver project. The plant material and the irrigation system were designed to meet the environmentally sensitive goals of the LEED program.
